On November 3, Miss Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy performed a traditional costume called "Silk Nang Sen" in the National Costume contest within the framework of the Miss International 2024 contest.

The designer shared about the meaning of the costume: "Called 'Nang Sen Silk' because, each thread of the raw material that weaves silk is silk threads drawn from the lotus tree trunk brought up from the swamp. Weaving into fabric, the fine silk threads like dew have the softness and smoothness of natural silk, and also have the noble scent of lotus flowers - pure flowers. Lotus silk products, precious lotus raw materials are also the beauty of Vietnamese national culture, the quintessence of Vietnamese weaving and fashion".

Since entering Miss International 2024, Miss Thanh Thuy is maintaining quite good form from her appearance, communication skills, showing a friendly personality with international friends. At the same time, she is also the representative of Vietnam who receives comprehensive support from her hometown fans in the international arena, much more than Ky Duyen and Que Anh.
