On October 12, a video clip of Miss Thanh Thuy attending a recent event was shared on social media. The video shows the beauty queen arriving at the event but leaving early. It is known that the beauty queen left because she was not assigned a seat.

Soon after, the beauty queen posted on her personal page with the content: "Mistakes are inevitable in life, although they can cause pain or disappointment. Meanwhile, love has its own power to heal and bring empathy. Through love, we learn to forgive, grow and gain the strength to continue moving forward. Let's always choose love over conflict, showing compassion." The beauty's post is said to be related to the incident.

By noon on October 12, the brand representative apologized and admitted that the staff in charge of welcoming Thanh Thuy had an unprofessional attitude and acted in a way that did not comply with regulations. They denied the information that Thanh Thuy did not have a seat.

Sharing with Tien Phong, Miss Thanh Thuy said the cause of the incident was a misunderstanding between the two sides while working.

The beauty affirmed that she cherishes the opportunity to work with the brand and that currently the relationship between the two sides is still normal, not as tense as speculated on social networks.

Currently, Miss Thanh Thuy is actively practicing to prepare for her trip to Japan to participate in Miss International 2024 at the end of October. On October 8, she appeared at a press conference to introduce her preparations for the contest.

To prepare for Miss International, Miss Thanh Thuy honed her catwalk skills with Miss Le Hoang Phuong and Miss Luong Thuy Linh. She also learned how to behave and communicate with experts.

Thanh Thuy will bring to the Miss International 2024 pageant a national costume design called Lotus Silk. The costume consists mainly of a silk ao dai, woven from silk threads extracted from lotus stems.

The highlight is the simulation of a hand-woven loom attached to the back. The version performed by Thanh Thuy has been simplified by the author to reduce the weight. The costume currently weighs about 5 kg, suitable for her to wear on stage.

The Miss International 2024 final is scheduled to take place on November 12 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Japan. The reigning Miss is the Venezuelan beauty - Andrea Rubio.

In 2023, Vietnam's representative at Miss International was runner-up Nguyen Phuong Nhi. In the end, she made it into the top 15.

Thanh Thuy was born in 2002, possessing a sweet beauty, 1.76m tall and a standard body. She won the title of Miss Student of the University of Foreign Languages (University of Danang) in 2021. In 2022, Thanh Thuy registered for Miss Vietnam and was named for the highest position.
