In the latest developments of the Miss World 2025 contest taking place in India, the British representative - Milla Magee - announced her withdrawal after nearly two weeks of participating in the contest.

On her personal page, Milla wrote: "One of the greatest gifts of this journey has been the friendships with amazing women from all over the world. From the laughter to the late night conversations, I will always cherish every moment. No matter where we are, we are forever connected as soul mates."

Miss England and the organizers have not yet officially announced the reason for this decision. Some sources say that Milla may have difficulty adjusting to the environment in India. Most likely, a runner-up or alternate representative will continue to participate in the rest of the competition.

In the comments section on social media, many viewers expressed regret. With Milla's withdrawal, Miss World 2025 now has 107 contestants. The Vietnamese beauty participating in this year's competition is Y Nhi.

London-born Milla Magee is a model and lifeguard. She was recently crowned Miss England 2024, becoming the first plus-size winner (16) in the history of the pageant. Standing 1m83 tall and weighing 89kg as a teenager, Milla endured years of bullying and body image issues. By winning the crown, she sent a positive message of confidence and self-acceptance.

She is also known for her community campaign #GOFARWITHCPR - an initiative to incorporate cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills into the official school curriculum. Regarding Vietnam's representative - Y Nhi, she has participated in activities within the framework of Miss World 2025 for more than 10 days. Recently, Y Nhi did not make it into the top 32 of the sports competition, which means she missed the ticket to the top 40. However, she still has many other sub-competitions to show herself.

The Vietnamese representative was praised by the Missosology website for her well-proportioned figure, charming and graceful demeanor, and friendliness. Miss Ý Nhi shared that wearing traditional designs such as the áo yếm and áo dài at Miss World was a way to introduce and promote Vietnamese culture to international friends, while also expressing national pride.

At the competition, Ý Nhi had the opportunity to meet Amy Scott (Scotland), a beauty who flew more than 10,000km to Vietnam to meet Ý Nhi. After chatting on Instagram, the two quickly found similarities in personality, and from there decided to meet in person.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the two beauties wore ao dai and conical hats, visited Ben Thanh market and enjoyed typical fruits such as rambutan and mangosteen. Amy expressed: "Y Nhi is very friendly, warm and extremely sweet. We had a good conversation and I did not hesitate to get on a plane to meet her in person."

Once a shy girl, Amy has made big changes since starting her Miss World preparation journey. She learned catwalking, expressions and communication with a coach from the Philippines - each session started at 5am due to the time difference. "The pageant taught me that confidence is not about trying to be the perfect model, but learning to accept and love yourself," Amy said.

At 24, Amy is a model and wedding and events coordinator from Strathaven. In August 2024, Amy beat out nine other contestants to be crowned Miss Scotland, receiving support from both the judges and fans. Amy chose a community project focused on supporting people with multiple sclerosis (MS) - a disease that affects the central nervous system. This decision was prompted by her cousin being diagnosed with the disease five years ago.

With her inner beauty, dedication and kind heart, Amy is one of the most beloved and inspiring contestants at Miss World 2025. Thanks to her bright smile and aura that seems to come straight out of a fairy tale, Amy is affectionately called "a real-life Disney princess" by many audiences.
