With the attention from netizens, Bap's mother has made new moves and revealed her son's current health status.

In the past 2 days, Bap's mother has not shared any pictures of her son, even though she used to update quite frequently, almost every day.

On the afternoon and evening of February 23, Thu Hoa posted a clip about her family in the countryside and confided that she missed home and wanted to go home: "Home is the most peaceful place, where we can be together in the morning and at night, close to our stepfather, stepmother and the whole family", "I want to go back to my parents, the scenery of my hometown is so beautiful. This place is full of worries and sadness, Bap and I miss home so much".

In this case, because he called for donations through Pham Thoai's bank account, he had many ways to publicize the information of his supporters, such as making a list of names, amounts, and donation times, or asking the bank to provide an account statement. However, to ensure transparency and objectivity, a bank statement would be more reliable than a list made by an individual.

Article 5 of Decree 93 clearly stipulates prohibited acts, including reporting, providing false information, appropriating, misusing or exploiting voluntary contributions for personal gain.

As for Bap’s mother, she has a responsibility to be transparent with the donors who contributed to save her chil.d. The mone.y she received was used for Bap’s treatment and she needs to prove that she is using that mone.y for the right purpose. If she pays for high-end medical services to ensure the best treatment for her chil.d, the supporters cannot blame her. Or if the mone.y has not been used up because the treatment regimen is still ongoing, she also needs to be transparent.
