Regarding the statement related to the oxygen plant of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang, Ms. Diep said that she presented the whole incident, wrote the minutes and provided documents at the police office. She said: "The first time I received a summons to work because of Ms. Phuong Hang's complaint, I felt dissatisfied. But, I still went to the police station quickly and without hesitation.
