From a b.oy with a farming background, Thanh Quoc has found his passion in a completely different direction - becoming a content creator with Sandbox games. The young man builds a community that shares the same interests and is increasingly successful.

The male YouTuber choked up when confiding about his childhood memories: "I remember at the end of 2016, it was a terrible time in my student life because my family suddenly fell into bankruptcy and debt.

At that time, I was only a 13-14 year old b.oy, so what I had to go through at that time was really terrible, I had to witness my parents arguing every day, my family was not happy, I had few friends when I went to school, I even used to be robbed of m.oney during recess...

At the age of 16, I decided to quit school because my family did not meet the conditions and my academic performance was so bad that students were weak."

This was also the time when this guy focused on making YouTube videos and earning m.oney to help his parents pay off debts: "For me, those were the worst years, but instead of pressure, I saw it as motivation to try!".

In fact, a year earlier, this friend had started learning and exploring YouTube. He realized that he was really passionate about this job, it brought me joy and friends, so I seriously pursued it.

However, at first, the guy also faced many difficulties.

He revealed: "From the beginning, my parents did not react very positively to the fact that I sat and played games all day, playing and talking alone. Not trusted by my family, so I was both sad and confused about my decision.

Moreover, when I started making YouTube, I was in a 15m2 room that was quite cramped, with no space to film. And yet, I also have to edit videos and do everything on a laptop that is many years old, many times when I am editing videos, the computer freezes, I can't save it and then I have to sit down and start over.

There are many difficulties, when the income from YouTube is not enough to serve my daily life, I used to work as an employee at a café... In the morning, I work as an employee, in the evening I do YouTube. In the process of working, I realized many things in life and I have grown up a l.ot."

After a while doing YouTube alone, because of "fate", Kairon accidentally met friends who are members of the current Hero Team. Initially, it was an online meeting, the whole group played together because of the same hobby, which was gaming. Realizing the relevance of the determination to develop the capacity of each individual as well as the collective, the team formed HERO TEAM to record videos together and play together until now:

"At first, when the team was first established, we often quarreled, even some members tried to leave, but after many arguments, we chose to sit down and let go of our egos and solve problems. Upholding the spirit of solidarity and accepting to lower egos for the sake of the collective has made Hero Team go together to this point."

For Kairon, making games and YouTube is not only entertainment but also creating new relationships, an opportunity for the guy to make friends, forget about pressures or sad things in work and life: "When I encounter unhappy things, I often play games or go out on the street alone, Catch the wind and go out to eat to calm down and regenerate energy to face difficulties."

Up to now, working on YouTube is a passion, a daily life.

"Now Kairon has been able to provide himself with a comfortable and caring life, helping his parents. I have proven to my family that although my passion is different, especially with my parents' generation, I can still bring the whole family a stable life like any other administrative desk job," he happily shared.

Kairon also said that if one day he is not eligible to continue pursuing, this cute guy said that he will turn his business. Kairon whispered: "I will open a food and milk tea shop to serve young people. In addition, I also have plans such as: acting in school films, fan meetings, going to charity for orphans and the elderly... I hope the fans will continue to support and accompany us in the upcoming journey."
