Jennie rounded out WWD's top 50 powerful women of 2023, being the only female K-pop artist to do so

Women's Wear Daily ( WWD) does not honor Jennie as a top K-pop star, a member of the popular girl group BLACKPINK, but as a "powerful fashion force".

Recently, media channel Women's Wear Daily (WWD) selected Jennie as one of the most influential women of 2023. The list features 50 women, ranging from CEOs of major companies to politicians and celebrities leading fashion trends.
