Previously, on the morning of June 24, the High Court in Ho Chi Minh City opened an appellate hearing, considering the appeals of the parties in the case of "disputes over property inheritance, requests for cancellation of individual decisions and requests for houses for temporary residence" between the plaintiff, Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung (sister of the late Artist Vu Linh) and the defendant, Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan (daughter of the late Artist Vu Linh). '
However, the appellate court opened for the first time and the person with related interests and obligations filed an appeal was Mr. Vo Thanh Nhieu, so VKS requested the Trial Panel to postpone the trial. Ms. Hong Loan's side did not have an opinion and requested the Trial Panel to consider according to regulations.

Notably, after the trial was postponed, a clip posted by the audience on social networks showed that Hong Phuong's biological mother, singer Hong Nhung, was 'interacted' by a woman. This clip was filmed after the appellate court hearing on June 24 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Facing this problem, singer Hong Phuong confirmed that someone had 'interacted' with her mother, singer Hong Nhung, after the two left the trial. She shared: "I don't think there is such a thing of disregarding the law and disturbing public order at the court session that day.
I was looking forward to receiving specific information from the woman who 'interacted' with my mother, no matter who they were and whether they were shielded behind them, they could not behave like that. In particular, this lawsuit did not involve any person standing in front of the court gate that day. So they don't have the right to 'interact' with my mother."
Besides, when referring to the series of images that are circulating on social networks for Hong Phuong and Hong Nhung to have a channel attitude towards Hong Loan - Vu Linh's adopted son after the recent appellate court hearing, the female singer responded: "We are comfortable walking out of the trial, do not shout, do not cause disorder, so there is nothing wrong."
