According to information from the investigation agency, Mr. Khanh and his wife organized the import of goods, especially cosmetics, in the form of smuggling in large quantities to avoid taxes and quality control.

In his role as CEO, Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh was identified as the person who directed and operated business activities, including import transactions. This shows that he not only knew but also assisted or directly participated in illegal transactions related to the origin, quality and tax of business products, in order to gain illegal profits. These products were then falsely advertised, misleading consumers about their origin.
