Doctor Magic cosmetics are considered one of the main products, bringing huge revenue to Mailisa's ecosystem. On e-commerce platforms and at beauty salon systems, Doctor Magic is widely advertised with many uses.

Typically, the B6 product set (M05 M18) is introduced with the function of supporting skin lightening, improving pigmentation, suitable for slightly dull skin, needing deep moisturizing and evening out skin tone. In particular, the N3 line is specifically promoted to support reducing melasma, freckles, age spots, brightening and evening out skin tone, with a common price of about 2.3 million VND/set. Mailisa even has advanced combos such as N3 M23 (with added sunscreen) for about 2.7 million VND.

Previously, a more complex acne scar skin care set, S7 (3 18 19 23 55), was also promoted on the beauty salon's website, but recently the introduction of this product set has disappeared from the website.

"Shocking words" from the authorities: 81 votes declared legal

In the face of mounting doubts from the public, Mailisa has repeatedly affirmed that all Doctor Magic products have a legal cosmetic declaration form issued by the Drug Administration (Ministry of Health), meeting safety standards before being circulated. The beauty salon chain commits that each product has a sub-label clearly stating the place of manufacture, importer, distributor, declaration form code and that customers are always issued with a retail invoice, ensuring transparency.

It is worth noting that on the morning of November 17, a representative of the Drug Administration Department officially responded to the media. This agency said that after reviewing, it had confirmed the issuance of 81 valid product declaration certificates to MK Skincare Production - Trade - Import Export Service Company Limited - the official distributor of the Mailisa ecosystem.

The Drug Administration's confirmation of a large number of legal declarations has somewhat "relieved" the initial legal pressure on the legality of product circulation. However, the fact that facilities were simultaneously inspected, documents were confiscated and operations were temporarily suspended shows that the scope of the authorities' investigation may not only stop at the declaration documents but also involve business activities, advertising, compliance with procedures and the actual quality of these services and products.
