According to Daily Mail, a reptile believed to be a snake with a length of 60cm was present on the flight. A passenger said he was the one who discovered the black and white striped snake crawling out from the roof of the luggage compartment.

Finally, the male flight attendant decided to use a plastic bag and a plastic bottle to push the snake inside and then tie it tightly and take it away. Crew members said it was not determined whether the snake was poisonous or not, but it was kept and stored in a cupboard on the plane.

According to a report, the snake mentioned above was identified as a type of water snake, with the scientific name Dryocalamus davisonii. This snake is not poisonous and does not tend to attack humans. The airline has not yet determined how it got on the plane.

In February 2022, a python was found on one of this airline's domestic flights in Malaysia, from the capital Kuala Lumpur to the state of Sabah.
