This enterprise owns The Mira hotel chain including The Mira Hotel in Thu Dau Mot City, one of the first 5-star hotels in Binh Duong province; The Mira Boutique Hotel at 318A Binh Duong Boulevard; The Mira Central Park 5-star hotel in Bien Hoa - Dong Nai.

In March 2023, Thanh Le Company sent a document to Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and branches requesting approval and guidance on preparing investment project documents for the construction of The Mira luxury hotel and service apartment complex at No. 7 Yersin, Ward 10, Da Lat City.

The proposed project covers an area of 4,030 m2 with the functions of a hotel, high-end serviced apartments, a commercial center, offices for rent, services and public areas. In particular, the project will arrange a helipad to serve the needs of tourism, health and rescue.

Previously, Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Cuc owned 60% of the company’s capital and Mr. Nguyen Van Cu owned 40%. According to an article in the People’s Public Security Newspaper from 2007, Mr. Nguyen Van Cu is Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Cuc’s husband.

As of November 22, 2022, Thanh Le's shareholder structure has changed, Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Cuc only holds 10% of Thanh Le Company's capital. The remaining capital is divided equally among shareholders including: Mr. Nguyen Huynh Thanh Le (born in 1991) holds 30%; Mr. Nguyen Huynh Man Tai (born in 1988) holds 30%; Ms. Nguyen Huynh Tra My (born in 1999) holds 30%.

In addition to Thanh Le Company, Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Cuc is also the legal representative of The Mira Tourism Service and Restaurant - Hotel Joint Stock Company.

How it works

According to the introduction, in 1995, Thanh Le Company Limited officially started operating with a staff of about 60 people, with the main business areas being construction materials and interior decoration. In 2002, Thanh Le Company Limited invested in a vehicle inspection center to serve motor vehicles.

One year later, Thanh Le expanded into the field of Education, especially preschool education by establishing Tra My 1 Private Kindergarten at 43 Ngo Quyen Street, Phu Cuong Ward.

By 2006, Thanh Le Company had invested in two more kindergartens: Tra My 2 located on Huynh Van Luy Street 32 and Tra My 3 located on Bach Dang Street 13, Phu Cuong Ward.
