After the investigation, they concluded to me that Mr. Tien did not eat or drink anything strange, and there were no strange substances in his body. But Mr. Tien's heart had high b.lood pressure and had to work too hard for a long time to pump b.lood to his body. This was not due to genetics but due to work, life, and eating habits over many years. Mr. Tien's body was also large so his heart had to work a lot.
