Do Manh Cuong was born in 1981, in Hanoi. From an early age, Do Manh Cuong was a person who liked to live independently. He worked enough jobs to earn money to support his family and himself. He liked writing, so at the age of 18 he took the Journalism School but did not get enough passing grades. Failing 3 years in a row made him realize that maybe he was not suitable for this profession.

Looking at French fashion, Do Manh Cuong was very interested and began to learn, the deeper he went, the more interesting things of this design industry he felt. During 7 years of studying abroad, he always had his mother as a companion, supporting both morally and economically.

Therefore, he was able to become one of the top 20 students with the highest score in the graduation exam of Chambre Syndicale De La Couture Parisienne. After graduating with high scores, he quickly became a trainee of the fashion brand Dior within 1 year.

In 2007, Do Manh Cuong brought all his ambitions and dreams to Vietnam. Grace allowed Do Manh Cuong to meet Mr. Huy Near when attending Diva Thanh Lam's old Lam show in Hanoi. The two talked very well, Huy Near also liked Do Manh Cuong's designs so quickly became good partners. The unexpected success of the show "Lonely" is the reason why Do Manh Cuong decided to stay in Vietnam to build a career.

Up to now, Do Manh Cuong has nearly 20 years working in the fashion profession. In addition to bringing unique, fancy and meaningful designs, he is also very successful when organizing large-scale shows. Specifically, such as:

Spring-Summer 2022: The show takes place at Amanoi Ninh Thuan resort. Unlike previous shows with the participation of many guests, Do Manh Cuong only invited 100 people to this show.

Back to nature (2019): This fashion show takes place in Australia, the show space is a central street in the heart of Sydney to create a beautiful backdrop with more than 200 guests.

Mix & Match - Autumn-Winter 2018: This show has the participation of 500 guests. The performance costume has two main tones of black and pink.

The Muse 2- Autumn-Winter 2017: In order for the performance stage to become unique, Do Manh Cuong's crew made 30 peach roots. The investment cost for the stage is up to 7 billion VND.

Do Manh Cuong successfully runs a fashion brand

Initially, Do Manh Cuong and Huy Near wanted to do fashion business so that their outstanding designs would be known to many people, if profitable, they would use the money to help the less fortunate circumstances in society.
