So far, Vietnam has recorded 8 deaths from Covid-19 infection, including patients 426, 428, 429, 437, 475, 496, 499 and 524. Most of them are elderly and have many underlying medical conditions. . Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Truong Son said that there are still some patients at high risk of death in the near future due to severe underlying diseases and advanced age.
