Lawyer Hoan Nguyen (who runs the Wow Law Group in California, USA) said that based on the lawsuit, Dam Vinh Hung asked the court for a trial to be decided by a jury trial of 12 people. The jury's decision is final, the judge only acts as an arbitrator to ensure that the trial is conducted in accordance with the law.

According to the lawyer, the lawsuit will focus on the issue of determining whether the plaintiff is a customer or a guest. And whether the danger of causing injury to the plaintiff was known in advance and warned or not.
