Even though it has a different appearance compared to other dogs because of its special teeth, this puppy is still loved by many people, even having a social network channel to share his lovely images.

Ms. Aastha Gupta, from New Jersey (USA), recently went on the social network TikTok to reveal her surprising pet-raising story and attracted the attention of many netizens.

According to Aastha, she spent 250 USD (equivalent to 6.1 million VND) to buy a puppy introduced by the seller as a Shih Tzu breed. This is a pet dog breed originating from Tibet. They have gentle faces, long shiny fur and a playful nature.

Aastha happily welcomed the new member of the family and named him Happy

"We came across a listing for a series of Shih Tzu puppies on Craigslist. We saw an adorable puppy like that near our neighborhood and immediately decided we had to get one. about raising!”, Aastha told Newsweek.

The Shih Tzu breed is considered a popular choice among the dog-loving community in the US. The American Kennel Club even ranks the Shih Tzu among the 20 most popular dog breeds in the country.

However, when she met Happy for the first time, Aastha quickly discovered there was something a little different about the dog. "When we arrived at the pet sale location and after meeting the dog in person, we realized Happy did not appear to be a Shih Tzu," she said.

The unexpected happened when Aastha met Happy's mother. It is essentially a red-nosed pit bull. Despite her surprise at this turn of events, Happy's unique appearance, with his "toothy" jaw, convinced her that he was a pet dog for the family.

She said: "I think Happy is so adorable and unique, it just makes me want him more."

Not a single day passed when Aastha regretted her decision as the dog proved to be an impressive companion in many ways.

"Some of the things this guy likes to do is hide in small spaces, like a cat. Happy likes to eat cheese, drive toy cars and dismantle his toys," she said.

"Happy is really an introverted dog. He often avoids people who try to give him affection and keeps to himself. However, Happy is a sweet guy who shows love in his own way ".

However, as Happy grew older, Aastha had to receive more and more suspicious questions from those around him, wondering if he was a wolf or some kind of ferocious hyena.

Aastha admits that Happy is a dog with a special appearance that often makes people pay attention. "It got a lot of comments about the teeth. Some people found it really cute and others thought it was scary," she said.

"Happy's coat and color are also very unique, I think it's because his mother is a red-nosed pit bull. Happy's coat has hyena-like stripes and a floppy ear."

Despite the negative reviews and the circumstances that led to Happy's appearance, Aastha stated that she would not change a thing about Happy.

She created a TikTok account called @justahappyboy, explaining the circumstances leading to the animal's appearance. The videos attract tens or hundreds of thousands of views. Netizens still express their love for Happy.

"That's the cutest dog I've ever seen," one viewer wrote. "Cutier than most Shih Tzu dogs I've seen," another added. One person commented: "That face is worth every detail! That guy is priceless."
