Bui Khanh Linh: The 1st runner-up position in Miss Grand VN 2023 is a "sweet fruit" from the efforts of 3 times to participate in the beauty contest

Before coming to Miss Peace Vietnam 2023, runner-up Bui Khanh Linh twice missed the noble crown at the Miss World Vietnam pageant, in the same season as Huynh Tran Y Nhi.

The final of Miss Grand Vietnam - Miss Peace Vietnam 2023 has officially taken place in Ho Chi Minh City. HCMC, Aug. 27. Here, girls from all over the country go through many important exams to get closer to the prestigious position.

At the end of the evening dress show, the Top 5 behaviors named by the MC include: Bui Khanh Linh (Bac Giang), Truong Quí Minh Nhan (Thua Thien Hue), Le Hoang Phuong (Khanh Hoa), Le Thi Hong Hanh (Thai Binh) and Dang Hoang Tam Nhu (Thua Thien Hue).

In the conduct round, 5 beautiful girls will draw questions for themselves and answer in front of the judges and the audience. After a confident performance, the bright candidates anxiously awaited the results. In the end, Le Hoang Phuong was named as the successor of Miss Doan Thien An, Bui Khanh Linh as the 1st runner-up. The titles of 2nd runner-up, 3rd runner-up, 4th runner-up were awarded respectively: Bui Khanh Linh, Truong Quí Minh Nhan, Le Thi Hong Hanh, Dang Hoang Tam Nhu.

Besides the new Miss Peace Vietnam 2023 Le Hoang Phuong, information about 1st runner-up Bui Khanh Linh also received special attention from beauty fans. Accordingly, Khanh Linh, born in 2002, owns a height of 1.76m and a measurement of 3 sexy rings of 84-60-96cm, respectively.

Before excellently winning the 1st runner-up prize in Miss Grand Vietnam 2023, Bui Khanh Linh was the former Miss Ao Dai contest "King and Queen" at the Vietnam National University of Agriculture in 2020; Miss Ao Dai elegant student contest of Phuong Son High School, Bac Giang. Currently, she is a student majoring in Advanced Agribusiness Administration at Vietnam National University of Agriculture. In the academic year 2020 - 2021, she is an excellent student with a GPA of 3.63/4.

The brilliant aura on stage is so, but few people know that runner-up Bui Khanh Linh had to go through quite a difficult period in life. In 2022, Bui Khanh Linh participated in the Miss World Vietnam contest but caused regret when she stopped in the Top 10 overall.
A year later, Bac Giang beauty continued to enroll in this beauty arena. She once again lost the Miss World Vietnam 2023 crown to Huynh Tran Y Nhi (from Binh Dinh). At that time, Bui Khanh Linh burst into tears right on stage when stopping in the Top 5 overall with the sub-award "Sea Beauty".

No one could have expected that after 2 "failures" at the same beauty playground, Bui Khanh Linh was not discouraged but continued to register for Miss Grand Vietnam 2023, only 4 days after the end of the previous journey.

Sharing with PV Dan Viet about the reaction of parents when their daughter went to the Miss contest 3 times in a row, Bui Khanh Linh said: "My parents always support and accompany me on every journey I participate. However, when I made the decision to quickly participate in Miss Grand Vietnam 2023, my parents were a little nervous, but they encouraged me to try and walk calmly."

Bui Khanh Linh also revealed that her family works in agriculture by raising freshwater fish in a rural area in a mountainous area in Bac Giang. "It is impossible to have conditions as well as invest money for children to participate in beauty pageants. While my family has 3 brothers who are still of school age, focusing on investing in their children's education has been a relative burden for parents", Bui Khanh Linh confided.

At the Miss Peace Vietnam 2023 pageant, Bui Khanh Linh has always been highly appreciated by experts for her stature and ability to perform on stage. After that, she attracted attention when she reached the Top 4 nominations for Best in Swimsuit (Swimsuit) along with "heavyweight" competitors including: Le Hoang Phuong, Nguyen Hong Diem and Nguyen Thi Thu Hang.

Interestingly, on the eve of the final, Bui Khanh Linh shared his desire to hold hands with Le Hoang Phuong at the moment of waiting for the results of the winner.

And today, I stand here, I just want to tell you that I will do my best in my own journey to make you proud. I love you, Mom!
