The whole family also left Chiba city to live in the mountain town of Nihonmatsu, Fukushima - a famous tourist area of Japan.

The restaurant, named Hao Nguyen, sells nearly 20 Vietnamese dishes such as chicken sticky rice, bean vermicelli, beef noodle soup, chicken noodle soup, grilled pork vermicelli, fried vermicelli, pate bread, coffee, smoothies... All dishes All are cooked by Ms. Nguyen. Mr. Nguyen helps his wife carry and pay.

In addition to serving Vietnamese dishes, the restaurant also has a stall of Vietnamese handicrafts and Vietnamese spices. At first, the business was quite good, many Vietnamese people living here often came and supported Nhat Linh's family.

According to Kenh14, Ms. Nguyen shared that this is a big challenge for them, because both of them have put all their accumulated capital, all their beliefs and hopes: "I hope to succeed even though it is difficult in the immediate future. Even though we have to borrow money to invest a lot, besides the restaurant, we also have 25 traditional Japanese-style ryokan rooms and natural onsen baths.

Nhat Linh's mother also said that Vietnamese people living here are quite crowded and friendly. The current Fukushima also attracts tourists with its mild weather and pleasant atmosphere. Mr. Hao - Ms. Nguyen hopes that this place will be suitable for the whole family to overcome pain and develop business.

According to Ms. Nguyen's share, every day, she wakes up early to go to the garden to pick flowers, clean, change tablecloths, clean the house and prepare for business. The restaurant and resort are very close to the hot spring, so you can bathe in a natural onsen every day.
