Miss Charm 2024 Semi-Final: Quynh Nga falls painfully on stage, handles it spectacularly to score points

Vietnam's representative at Miss Charm 2024 (Miss International Beauty Pageant) - Quynh Nga made beauty fans' hearts skip a beat when she suddenly slipped and fell on stage during the semi-final night. However, with a calm handling, the beauty scored again.

On the evening of December 18, the semi-final night of Miss Charm 2024 officially took place in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting the attention of many fans. Vietnam's representative at this contest is Quynh Nga - female MC of "Chuyen dong 24h", top 10 Miss World Vietnam 2019.

The beauty directly competed with nearly 40 contestants from countries and territories around the world in three competitions: swimsuit, evening gown and national costume.

During the swimsuit competition, Quynh Nga unfortunately slipped and fell while performing with the last group of contestants. This incident caused the overall performance of the Vietnamese beauty to lack completeness. In return, Quynh Nga "scored points" thanks to her solo performance with energetic catwalk steps and an attractive body display.

Overcoming the unfortunate incident in the swimsuit competition, Quynh Nga regained her spirit, confidently striding gracefully in the evening gown performance. The beauty wore a mermaid dress with a color that matched her ski.n tone. This design was also highlighted with fringe details and bold neck and waist cuts, increasing the charm.

In the National Costume competition, Quynh Nga wore an outfit inspired by the Ban flower, a typical flower of the Northwest mountains. This dress was announced as a companion item for Quynh Nga in the Miss Charm 2023 season. However, the beauty missed the appointment and the competition spot went to MC Thanh Thanh Huyen.

"The outfit not only honors the beauty of Mong women but also bears the mark of Northwestern culture, blending nature and ethnic art" - designer Le Long Dung shared.

In the Miss Charm 2024 race, Quynh Nga entered the competition later than the other contestants due to her busy study schedule in the US. In addition, the beauty competed in silence, not updating much about her training process, making the public even more worried.

Sharing with the media, Quynh Nga said: "Before coming to the competition, I spent a lot of time practicing online with PT and coach. I practiced interviews myself, found questions myself, and gave my own answers based on the coach's suggestions. I think the last thing is still myself. You have to be confident with what you have to be able to shine. That is the most important thing."

The beauty born in 1995 shared that the activities at Miss Charm 2024 helped her and the contestants bond and become closer. They talked and exchanged a lot about culture, cuisine, training, and living together. The positive, vibrant energy from international friends helped Quynh Nga gain more energy and motivation to integrate faster and at the same time do well in the role of a host contestant.

Miss Charm (Miss International Beauty) is a beauty pageant run by Vietnamese people, announced in 2019, with the aim of promoting culture, tourism and educational activities.
