"Hoang Phuong meets all 4 factors starting with the letter B of the Miss Grand International organization, including: body, beauty, brain and business. She revealed that 90% of the jury's opinion agreed for Phuong to be crowned, 10% debated and put her on the scale with other candidates," said Pham Kim Dung.
