On the morning of September 13, the TikToker posted a video reporting the incident and apologizing. He said he had asked a team member to transfer the money but forgot to check the balance. When the incident was exposed, he resolved the matter with this friend and transferred the 20 million VND back to the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

"This shameful action of mine deserves to be condemned and I should learn many lessons for myself. I apologize for this ridiculous and vulgar action. I will listen to all advice to improve and live a more correct life. I apologize to everyone, although it is very difficult, I still hope to have a chance to correct my mistakes" - Viet Anh said.
