"After the party, this guy (ie Trieu Ta Menh) followed me." - Ms. L said. According to Ms. L., during the party, she did not talk or have any intimate gestures with Trieu Ta Menh, because she only knew the owner of the homestay.

At about 22:30 on September 17, Ms. L., after drinking at the party, went back to her room, turned off the light but forgot to close the door. "Around 1:30 a.m. on September 18, when I was fast asleep, a young man broke into the room to control me, forcing me to have sex. Subject used his hand to strangle me, because I was afraid for my life, so I couldn't do anything. other". - Ms. L. shared.

On September 17, Ms. L. returned to the homestay to rent a room and stay here alone. The night of the same day, before the incident, Ms. L. had a drink with a group of people, including the suspect Trieu Ta Menh.

Mr. Kinh said that Ms. L. and Menh had never known each other before, the two sides had only just exchanged drinks. This man recounted that that night he and everyone else did not hear any sound or screams. On the morning of September 18, he received news that Ms. L. was harmed by Menh.

Eat lunch at the homestay and have an exchange with the tour group of the female guide", said the leader of Thong Nguyen commune.

Immediately after receiving the information, the homestay owner said that he went to L.'s room to visit and encourage and ask how she wants to solve the problem now. L. said that just calling the subject Meh back to apologize will ignore the incident. After that, Mr. Kinh went to find Menh and returned to solve the problem but could not be contacted.

At noon on September 19, this man called Menh back, but at this time, Ms. L called the authorities to denounce Menh's behavior. From this incident, many female tour guides also expressed concern about their safety while taking groups on tour.
