The victim testified in court, confirming what she had told the police earlier. The two Vietnamese artists stayed at the Sant Elm hotel, while the victim's family stayed at another hotel in the area. The girl met these two artists on the evening of June 24 at a restaurant in Majorca.

They get to know each other and talk to each other. The three then went to the beach and began to get intimate before heading to one of the artists' hotel rooms. Here, according to the victim, the rape took place.

The British girl said two men forced her to make love, forcing her to take a bath to erase the traces. She told her aunt what had happened to her. On the morning of June 25, the police went to the hotel of one of the two artists mentioned above and took the girl to Son Espases Hospital for examination.

The young woman and her family left Majorca on June 28 after appearing in court for testimony. According to Majorca's Ultima Hora newspaper, those accused of raping the British teenager are "a professional artist and musician" in Vietnam.
