Before Anh Tai's Concert D5, a large-scale 'fire digging' incident occurred, causing a stir on social networks. Accordingly, Duy Nhat - Anh Tai's side, who were said to be involved, spoke up to deny it. At the same time, the Organizing Committee's statement made fans even more angry and demanded 'refunds' of their tickets.
Around the night of June 9, social media exploded with a series of posts on Threads accusing the homepage "Anh Duy Nhat's Young Banyan Tree" of accepting concert tickets but then failing to return them. According to the reflection, hundreds of fans transferred money to buy "internal" tickets through this homepage. The reason fans trusted it was because this is a homepage with a large number of followers - over 20 thousand people - and regularly interacts with martial artist Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat, one of the beloved "talents".
A specific post said that there are currently about 150 people who have transferred money, with a total amount of up to nearly 400 million VND. That same night, the homepage "Cay Banyan Non Cua Anh Duy Nhat" spoke up to explain. They mentioned an individual named T., who is said to be a member of the team of YouTuber Dustin Phuc Nguyen (owner of the Dustin On The Go channel). This homepage trusted T. to transfer money to get tickets, but then T. did not fulfill his commitment and completely cut off contact.
Faced with this situation, Dustin Phuc Nguyen also spoke up. He said that someone had impersonated him or his team to commit illegal acts. Currently, both the homepage "Cay Banyan Non Cua Anh Duy Nhat" and Dustin are working with the authorities to handle the problem, to clarify the incident and protect the rights of the parties involved.
As for Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat, his representative confirmed that the male boxer has absolutely nothing to do with the above-mentioned homepage and ticket sales activities. Duy Nhat also left a public comment, affirming that he did not participate, did not manage, and had no knowledge of the ticket sales activities that this homepage was conducting.
The incident is still receiving deep public attention. Many viewers expressed disappointment at this unfortunate incident, and expressed sympathy for Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat because he had nothing to do with organizing ticket sales or running fan groups.
The reality of ticket scams is becoming more and more sophisticated and widespread, making people "shake their heads in dismay", especially at a time when the Vietnamese entertainment market is booming with a series of large-scale concerts. This is a profound lesson for music lovers who want to "follow their idols". The online community believes that fans should be alert before deciding to buy tickets, and should not trust promises about "internal tickets" or "private distribution sources", regardless of who organizes the ticket collection. Concert tickets should be purchased through the program's official distribution portal, with a clear origin and operating unit, and with clear responsibility.
Recently, the Organizing Committee of Anh Tai's Concert D5 suddenly announced that they would add the "Water Spike" effect - spraying water over a large area combined with EDM, choreography and lighting, turning the concert into a Waterbomb festival. This announcement, made only a few days before the show, caused the fan community to "explode" with controversy.
Many audiences were extremely upset and confused by this "surprise" decision. Tickets were sold for a purely musical night, but now it has become a water music event, which makes many people unhappy, especially since not everyone is willing to "get wet" at the concert. Complaints on social networks such as: "Suddenly losing money on tickets and then telling people to stand far away, if water is sprayed, it should have been announced from the beginning" received hundreds of approvals.
In addition, fans are concerned about their health due to the harsh hot weather of Hung Yen in June, which can easily cause heatstroke or fever if exposed to water. The fact that the organizers did not clearly inform fans about the time, method of water spraying and the affected areas also made fans feel "ambushed", affecting their decision to buy tickets. Many people requested refunds or change tickets to unaffected areas, even simultaneously demanding "refunds".
