Through the work of understanding the situation in cyberspace, the Internal Political Security Department of Thai Nguyen Provincial Police discovered that Ms. Nguyen Thi N. (born in 1986, residing in Thai Nguyen City) used her personal Facebook account to post. uploading untrue information about a female Samsung worker infecting 16 men with the disease of the century (including pictures of female workers and a list of infected people). These contents have not been verified and are not true.

When invited by the police to work, Ms. N admitted her wrongdoing by posting fake and untrue information, insulting the reputation of agencies, organizations, and the honor and dignity of individuals. and voluntarily posted a correction on his Facebook.

Based on the collected documents, the Internal Political Security Department of the Provincial Police made a record and issued a decision to impose an administrative fine of 7.5 million VND on Ms. Nguyen Thi N. for administrative violations. vi "Providing and sharing fake information, false information, distortion, slander, insulting the reputation of agencies, organizations, honor and dignity of individuals".

Samsung Company (in Pho Yen City, Thai Nguyen) also sent a document to the Department of Health confirming that the female worker rumored in the above information posted on social networks is not an employee of the unit. .

Regarding the above incident, the representative of the Grassroots Trade Union of Samsung Electronics Vietnam - Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd. (SEVT) confirmed to Lao Dong newspaper that the above information is false. The representative said that the unit has reviewed and compared the list posted online and confirmed that these people are not workers of the unit.

The police agency recommends that providing and sharing unverified and false information is a violation of the law.
