At the same time, pay job loss allowance according to article 47 of the Labor Code 2019 (2 months salary for all employees is cut) and pay social insurance books to employees from December 19 to 24. .

In addition, this company said that it still spends bonuses in 2022 for workers with 1 month's salary (for those who work for full 12 months). The bonus level is calculated according to the actual working time in 1 year of the employee.

Talking to Dan Viet, Mr. TQ (worker working at the company mentioned above) sadly said that when Tet was coming, he received a notice of termination of the labor contract, so thousands of workers fell into a sad situation.

"Last year Covid-19 made a mess, there was no money to pay for. This year trying to work to have a prosperous New Year, who would have thought that near the end of the year, we would be laid off.
