According to the periodic information disclosure on the financial situation in 2023 on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Xuan Thien Group reported a loss after tax of VND 106.9 billion, while in 2022 the unit made a profit of more than VND 21.7 billion.

At the end of 2023, the unit's equity reached more than VND 5,869 billion, down nearly VND 106 billion compared to the end of 2022. The debt/equity ratio was recorded at 0.4 times, corresponding to the amount of liabilities of more than VND 2,347 billion. The outstanding bonds/equity decreased to 0, which means that CTY has paid off its bond debt.
