Goalkeeper Dang Van Lam and Yen Xuan officially got married in July 2024 after 6 years of dating. The couple started dating in 2018 and always attracted attention from fans. However, they decided to keep their private life private and not show it off to the media.

In August 2022, Van Lam returned to Vietnam to play for Binh Dinh. From the 2024-2025 season, he accepted to be relegated to the First Division to play for Ninh Binh, with the goal of winning the championship to get to the V-League. Currently, he and his new team are unbeaten in 10 matches in all competitions, leading the First Division with 8 wins and reaching the quarter-finals of the National Cup.
