Although he has turned 40 years old, actor Truong Minh Cuong still retains his style and handsomeness. It is known that the actor comes from the University of Economics, is a "pagan" of the art world. He said: "The first 10 years I struggled, as a famous person, it was difficult to do anything. All the big advertisements throughout Vietnam, from markets to supermarkets or city theaters, have my picture, There is a shuttle to the house.

Working here at an American television station a month struggling for only 3,000-4,000 USD, having to do my own makeup, write my own scripts... Those things made me feel like I was falling from a high place, I was very shocked. There were times when I sat by the sea for a few hours, wondering if this choice was right or wrong, should I go home or stay."

The actor also revealed about a long period of depression. "I've had depression before I can see how terrible it is, it has no cure. At first I didn't know it was depression, I was stressed for quite a long time. After my divorce 4 years ago, I have little contact with the outside, until the last 2-3 years I have to be treated with drugs.

At that time, I didn't know what depression was, so I went to the doctor for an oral medication that I used, but I didn't know what it was. And they call me back more from 3 months, 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week and every day. It's been almost a year since I stopped taking medicine, I found a way to go through it myself, control my anger," Truong Minh Cuong shared.

After regaining his life balance, Truong Minh Cuong paid more attention to his mental health, choosing activities such as meditation, walking in the park... to relieve stress. "... Single life is very difficult. Everyone has their own difficulties, my difficulty compared to many people is nothing, but I find it interesting and worth it."

The actor revealed: "I only have my mother and younger brother in Vietnam, my father died when my mother was 25 years old, I was 7 years old and my brother was only two months old."
