At first I didn't know it was depression, I was stressed for quite a long time. At that time, I didn't know what depression was, so I went to the doctor for an oral medication that I used, but I didn't know what it was. And they call me back more from 3 months, 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week and every day. It's been almost a year since I stopped taking medicine, I found a way to go through it myself, control my anger," Truong Minh Cuong shared.

After regaining his life balance, Truong Minh Cuong paid more attention to his mental health, choosing activities such as meditation, walking in the park... to relieve stress. "...
