According to Mr. Truong, close to the rest stop is the superficial villa area of the 'white' Tuan Gypsy. On the morning of the day of his arrest, the villa was closed with the gate, inside there were 3 blocks of solid, spacious houses, a swimming pool and trees around. Tuan "White's" huge villa was built around 2021-2022 on a production forest land. According to the photo taken from above, right behind the villa is a large hill that has been leveled and scooped up to get a construction site.

Local authorities have repeatedly made records and sanctioned the owners of the Ngoc Anh rest stop and the aforementioned huge villa for construction violations. After the police searched the residence and arrested Tuan "White", the rest stop was no longer operating.

According to the police, Tuan "White" was arrested to investigate the crime of Abus.e of trust and appropriation of property. The case was carried out under the direction of Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan, Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police, after capturing information from the area and the people provided.
