It was thought that after more than 10 years, the conflict drama in the 365 group had ended, but now it has been "dug up" again by the people involved, revealin.g a series of shockin.g details. Member Tronie is indignant and determined to reveal the truth.
Accordingly, recently, Will has launched a new product so he has held many meetings and answered the media. In which, the male singer made a statement related to the salary when he was still active at 365. He said that if the salary is 10 parts, 9 parts must be sent back to the company to pay for the study expenses, clothes, makeup... invested in the members, the remaining 1 part will be divided into 5 (when Tronie was still active), so the amount of mone.y each person receives is not much.
However, in shows and products with high profits, the company will deduct the costs, then pay the group members according to the percentage. This sharing of Will accidentally caused Tronie to be called out, many people commented that he was ungrateful, did not respect, and only knew how to demand high material things.
In the midst of "sitting still and getting sho.t", Tronie did not mention Will's name directly but posted his anger at being "attacke.d" because "a member of the group told an old story". In this new post, Tronie revealed a series of details about how he was "discriminated" compared to the other 4 members. Tronie said that during his studies and training, he contributed a lot to the group. At that time, Tronie was in charge of choreographing for 365, after he sent an email asking for support, he received 500 thousand/song. In addition, he was only given 1 set of clothes, and had to wear the same clothes over and over again. The most shockin.g detail was that he had to lie on the floor, with blankets and pillows prepared by his family, while the other 4 members slept on the bed.
Tronie spoke up: "When one of the group members shared the past, I would like to say it once. I joined the group last, after they had been trained and lived in a private house for nearly a year. They forgot that I had taught them to dance somewhere 1-2 months before I joined the group. After that, I taught them to practice dancing (sometimes until 2-3am without sleeping) before and after the group debuted. From 2010 to 2013, all the songs released in MVs were choreographed by me, even the first live show was choreographed by me, when they were resting, I created the songs for them. At first, I didn't receive anything from the choreography, until I sent an email asking for a subsidy from the choreographer and received 500,000 VND/1 song I choreographed, did anyone know that?
You guys also get to practice singing more, each time I practice singing for probably 1-5 minutes, at that time I wondered what I was here for. In my free time, I learned to rap to create my own path, and then everyone thought the group was orienting me to become a rapper. The other members get to sleep on the bed, I sleep on the floor, my mother provides a blanket. Performance clothes for a year are probably only 1 suit, brand-sponsored clothes, the whole group goes to get them, it's embarrassing to wear them all the time. As for shoes, I buy cheap ones myself to wear to performances."
Tronie affirmed that he did not criticiz.e what the company supported, but he hopes the public will have a more realistic view and stop saying he was ungrateful for leaving the group. Tronie said that he currently only wants to have a peaceful life: "I don't criticiz.e, I use whatever I have. I don't blame anyone, I signed the contract and I understand the contract better than anyone else, I take responsibility for myself. In general, I don't blame the spokesperson, I only blame the people online who only listen to one side and then arbitrarily judge me with very harsh words like ungrateful... this and that. Don't judge anyone when you don't walk in their shoes, guys. Thank you everyone for reading and giving me peace."
In 2013, after 3 years of living together, Tronie announced that he was leaving 365. At that time, the male singer implicitly revealed that he was being exploited for his labor, earning only 2-3 million/month, which was not enough to cover his living expenses.
In the press conference confirming Tronie's withdrawal from 365, Ngo Thanh Van said: "For Van, 365 is not only a student but also a much deeper love. Over the past 3 years, not only mone.y but also a lot of effort and love that the whole team in the company has poured into the 365 project. Now that Tronie wants to leave, Van cannot force him. Van still wants to create the best conditions for him and there will definitely be no pressure here.
As for the income of 365 members, in addition to the fixed monthly salary, they still receive other allowances as well as profits from shows, CD sales, advertising... Meanwhile, all investment and living expenses... of the group are paid by the company. Van can honestly share that in the past 3 years, the revenue that 365 has earned is still not enough for the amount of mone.y that the company has spent on the group."
