Before being arrested, Ms. Hang used to cause "chaos" in Vietnamese showbiz when accusing a series of artists such as Dam Vinh Hung, Hoai Linh, Thuy Tien, Tran Thanh... of stealing charity money. After that, 5 artists filed a complaint against this businessman, including Hoai Linh, Trinh Kim Chi, Dam Vinh Hung, Thuy Tien and Vy Oanh.

Immediately after the news that businessman Nguyen Phuong Hang was arrested, singer Vy Oanh said that the authorities were fair and upright. She herself still has the belief that "the right will overcome evil, the law does not stand with the evil".

Previously, Binh Duong Provincial Police once informed that they were accepting and investigating the denunciation of 6 individuals, accusing Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang of spreading false news, slandering, humiliating others, profiting use democratic freedoms to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and citizens.

Notably, out of these 6 people, 5 are famous artists in Vietnam, including: NS Hoai Linh, singer Vy Oanh, singer Dam Vinh Hung, singer Thuy Tien - player Cong Vinh and NS Trinh Kimchi.

Singer Vy Oanh

In which, Singer Vy Oanh was the first to send a complaint against Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang in June 2021. At that time, Vy Oanh sent an application to the Criminal Police Department of the HCM City Police Department and the Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security. In the application, Vy Oanh accused Phuong Hang of using social networks to post false information to distort, slander, and insult the honor of many individuals, singers and artists in the country.

Vy Oanh said she was extremely upset because Phuong Hang spread false news with vulgar and uncultured words.

NS Hoai Linh was the next person to send a denunciation to Phuong Hang. According to Tien Phong newspaper, on the evening of September 21, 2021, a representative of NS Hoai Linh confirmed that he had filed a complaint with the late CEO Dai Nam to the competent authority and added that the authorities were accepting the investigation.

According to the representative of NS Hoai Linh, starting from May 2021, the female CEO has continuously used social networks to attack male artists. In July of the same year, NS Hoai Linh decided to file a complaint against Ms. Phuong Hang.

In the application, NS Hoai Linh said that Phuong Hang constantly talked about the case that NS Hoai Linh was slow to do charity work despite receiving donations of more than 13 billion VND. In addition, Hoai Linh believes that Phuong Hang has spread unverified information about the male artist's personal life with heavy and offensive words.

Singer Dam Vinh Hung is also a name mentioned in Phuong Hang's livestreams. Accordingly, the male singer also filed a complaint against female CEO Dai Nam, claiming that in the past time, Ms. Hang has taken advantage of the features of social networks to broadcast live, false information about him "eating" block charity more than half of the amount of 96.8 billion, colluding to buy prizes in the program The Voice".

In addition, the male singer also accused Ms. Hang of publicizing his personal information including gender issues, private love stories with disparaging and offensive words.

On the morning of September 23, 2021, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency confirmed that it had received a lawsuit against the owner of Dai Nam from NS Trinh Kim Chi.
