Sharing with the media about the reason for starting a business, Quoc Dung once said: "When I returned from studying abroad, I started working at a family company, experienced many positions such as marketing, sales, logistics... understanding of business culture in Vietnam. After 4 years of working, at the age of 26, I felt it was time to challenge myself. Years of studying in the US made me think "don't stand on people's shoulders forever. I'm a giant but I'm young, healthy and mentally strong - why not dare to try."
Initially, Tran Toan Phat Company distributed fast-moving consumer food products such as imported milk, ice cream, confectionery, etc. Until feeling predestined with beauty products, Quoc Dung decided to devote himself to development. collagen essence products.
He said: "From working experience in a family company, I see that in order for products to reach more consumers, distribution is very important. So right from its inception, the company's strategy is to build a wide distribution system before developing my own brand and increasing revenue.In the beginning the company did not have many employees, I also had to do everything from AZ including loading and unloading goods, delivering goods, etc. lots and lots of work.
Sometimes joking with friends who know how to run my own company but it's so hard not to do it, but my passion for business has held me back. Since starting his own business, Quoc Dung is determined to stand on his own two feet, only "ask" for knowledge and experience as an invaluable source of "capital" from his family who are the leaders of the family company. "I think I'm quite lucky to have recruited many like-minded associates. They are the people who have shared difficulties with me during difficult times," he confided.
To have a successful start-up, Tran Quoc Dung as well as his two sisters have been forged by the strictness of his father Tran Qui Thanh. However, when asked who influenced him the most, he was sure that it was his mother - Mrs. Pham Thi Nu.
"Mother is a person who is passionate about new things, loves to explore and research. She is also a person who is very emotional, cares about others and puts family values first."
Talking about the reason for choosing a completely different business direction from his family, Quoc Dung revealed: "First of all, from my own experience when I returned home, due to being allergic to the weather, my skin was very itchy. I have acne and pitting, so I have difficulty communicating with my partner. Then, after learning that collagen can help improve skin, I asked my friends in Japan to buy it for me. After drinking it for a while, I found it very effective. At that time, I realized that this is the right product for everyone, especially women, so I decided to change direction and start making this product.
