For Phuong, the harsh treatment of the bosses, or the way employees often see it as "stupid", is in fact an opportunity to improve themselves. "When I worked as a secretary, I was accepted as much as I was when I was a secretary. Up to now, the salary for managers at the company is as much as I am, sometimes even lower," she said.

"Miss Phuong, Ms. Bich work 14-15 hours a day at the company. Going home to sleep is also the company.
