Tiktoker No O No was arrested on the post, fined 30 million VND after a sensitive comparison clip

On December 5, the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City in collaboration with the Department of Cyber Security and High-tech Crime Prevention of the Ho Chi Minh City Police invited Mr. Pham Duc Tuan (TikToker Tuan is not nearby), formerly Noh O No, to work on providing information on social media accounts.

Accordingly, Tuan posted a clip with sensitive content, extravagant and thoughtless comparisons between important people of the country and with hot names on social networks.

After receiving information from the authorities, Tuan took the initiative to remove the videos that were not in accordance with regulations and took the initiative to go to the Department of Information and Communications to work.

From the above act, the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City decided to sanction the male TikToker 30 million VND for the act of providing information that offended celebrities and national heroes but not to the extent of being examined for criminal liability according to the provisions of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP. The authorities suggested that Tuan need to select the information and content provided on social networks to ensure compliance with the law.

When the information that Pham Duc Tuan was fined 30 million VND and locked the channel after a clip comparing with Le Tuan Khang and the leader was shared recently, many people thought that this was an expensive price when creating dirty content. However, there are also opinions that this fine is not enough to deter, especially for 2nd time violators such as Pham Duc Tuan.

Although this work can be "wrapped" in the name of charity work, the use of a series of ungraceful and difficult to hear words to chat with the old woman such as: "Hello (hello) poor old lady in the middle of a lonely winter" or even "poor but also criticizing food", "Poverty is reduced, no one will help you"... has also made public opinion angry.
