On the same day, the lawyer defending the legal rights and interests of Nguyen Thi My Oanh (singer Vy Oanh), identified by the court as a person with related rights and obligations, said he also identified his client as the victim in the case.

Previously, lawyer Nguyen Thanh Cong (defending the legal rights and interests of Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien) also sent a petition for consideration of the misidentification of participants in the proceedings in the Nguyen Phuong Hang case, to the trial council.

Lawyers protecting the legal rights and interests of Ms. Le Thi Rich, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Binh Tay Food Joint Stock Company) and Ms. Dinh Thi Lan also made a petition, requesting to reaffirm the eligibility of Ms. Giang and Ms. Lan to participate in the proceedings.

In addition to issuing an indictment requesting to change her eligibility to participate in the trial against the female giant Binh Duong, recently, the artists have also released evidence, provided full of damages caused by Ms. Hang, asking the female giants to pay compensation of up to 79 billion.

Ms. Dang Thi Han Ni claimed compensation in accordance with the law but failed to provide documents proving mental damage and only proved a prescription for anxiety disorders and sleep disorders.

Mr. and Mrs. Vo Nguyen Hoai Linh, Nguyen Duc Hien, Dinh Thi Lan, Le Thi Rich, Truong Thi Viet Ha do not claim material or spiritual compensation.

The defendants Nguyen Phuong Hang, Nguyen Thi Mai Nhi, Le Thi Thu Ha and Huynh Cong Tan only agreed to pay compensation according to the court's ruling; and defendant Dang Anh Quan did not agree to pay compensation.
