"Their group consisted of four people. They deceived me. In fact, they moved Ngoc somewhere else in Cambodia, but never released her" - Mr. Huong added.
According to Mr. Huong, this morning both the Ho Chi Minh City Police and the Ho Chi Minh City Border Force joined forces to track down Ngoc.
As reported by Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper, on June 10, Mr. Nguyen Van Huong went to the police station of Xuan Binh commune (Song Cau town) to report that on June 5, his youngest daughter was Nguyen Thi Thu. Ngoc took the car to Ho Chi Minh City to apply for a job because she met a friend through Zalo. Late at night on June 13, a woman called Huong's family via phone number 0945041xxx, saying she was staying with Ngoc and asked the family to hand over a ransom of 70 million VND if she wanted to get her child back. However, after the family called this number again, it could not be reached.

Many families are victims of illegal job brokerage.
The above subjects force the victim to fulfill the targets of the amount of money scammed in a month, if not fulfilled, they will be considered for breach of contract and fined with a fine of 1,000 USD/month. If the victim resists, they will be beaten, not given food or drink.
