The Thien is known as the nephew of the late musician Trinh Cong Son, who recently debuted as a singer. The name of his first album is a variation of his real name given by his uncle, so it is very special.

Recently, The Thien debuted as a singer, introducing his first album "Tran The", including 10 tracks divided into 2 sides A - B, performing the "seven deadly sins": Blessings, SAIGONTEY, Lun Sau, Everytime, OUT4BLOOD, Diem Xua, Dot Nha, ZOO, Hon Trai and Ve Hue.

The album starts with an intro (blessings), ends with an outro about Hue - a journey full of contemplation by The Thien. The album's name is a variation of his real name - Tran The The Thien with the hope that this will be a link, a gratitude to himself with the musical cradle from his family.

The Thien said the biggest connection between him and the late musician Trinh Cong Son is his passion, his innocence when it comes to music, and his harmonious attitude towards life. In the album "Tran The", he renewed his uncle's compositions such as "Diem Xua" in the song of the same name, "Mot Coi Di Ve" in "Hon Trai", with the voice of Trinh Vinh Trinh's mother.

Through his debut album, The Thien wants to redefine the vinahouse genre, experimenting with his own musical colors based on pop, house, electronic, and traditional instruments. Despite the pressure of entering a market with many talents, he believes that this "playground" needs diversity.

Having long dreamed of becoming a singer, but fate brought The Thien to the stylist profession for more than 4 years, now he feels he is "ripe" enough to return to singing. Sharing with VietNamNet, the male singer said that the new product wants to maintain the spirit of electronic music, where the background music and vocals blend together, without needing to be clear like pop or ballad. When performing live, he will remix the songs to be more suitable.
