TEMPEST is a 7-member boy group launched in February 2023 by Yuehua Entertainment. The group quickly attracted the attention of Kpop fans because of their talented lineup, impressive visuals, and unique music style.

Member Hanbin (Ngo Ngoc Hung), Vietnamese, born in 1998 in Yen Bai, is one of the prominent members of TEMPEST. Before pursuing his dream of being an idol, Hanbin was a student majoring in marketing in the International Faculty at Hanoi University of Commerce. He started out as a dancer in the group CAC, founded in 2016.
