Regarding operations, VPBank announced that May 15 is the trading day without the right to receive cash dividends, at a rate of 5% (each share receives VND 500). The expected payment date is May 23. With more than 7.93 billion shares in circulation, VPBank plans to spend nearly VND 3,967 billion on this dividend.

This is the third consecutive year the bank has paid cash dividends, in line with its commitment from 2023 to maintain a stable dividend policy for 5 years.

Besides financial information, another factor attracting investors' attention is the event that VPBank announced to organize the international music festival VPBank K-Star Spark in Vietnam 2025, with the participation of G-Dragon.
