The essential supplies that have been and are on the way to the people in recent days include: 8 generators, 30 tons of rice, 8,000 boxes of noodles, 2,000 boxes of 500ml bottled water, 500 life jackets, 500 instant Combo mix meals (1 pack of sausage, 1 pack of bread, 1 carton of Vinamilk milk), 500 warm blankets, flashlights, medicines, 565kg of clothes, 100 million in cash (Lap Thach, Vinh Phuc province).

Provinces and cities include: Van Don District, Hai Ha District (Quang Ninh), Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Yen Bai, Vinh Phuc, Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Bac Can.
