The once-famous star now relies on social welfare and the help of friends. The actor said he receives a monthly hospital living allowance of 11,000 HKD (more than 34 million VND). Years ago, after his first marriage broke down, Qin Huang had an affair with a girlfriend 30 years younger than him, named Marry. This woman had a daughter of her own.
