b/ Printed books and newspapers ranging from 50 units to 100 units;

d/ Disseminating to 10 to 20 people;

dd) Having been administratively sanctioned for this act or having been convicted of this offense, have not yet had their convictions cleared but also violated.

2. Committing an offense in one of the following cases, shall be punished with imprisonment from 3 years to 10 years:

a/ Being organized;

b) Digitized data ranging in size from 5 gigabytes (GB) to less than 10 gigabytes (GB);

c/ Printed books and newspapers ranging from 51 units to 100 units;

d) Paper copies with the number from 201 images to 500 images;

dd) Disseminate to 21 to 100 people;

e) For persons under 18 years of age;

g/ Using the internet, computer networks, telecommunications networks and electronic means to commit crimes;

h/ Dangerous recidivism.

3. Committing an offense in one of the following cases, shall be punished with imprisonment from 7 years to 15 years:

a) Digitized data with a capacity of 10 gigabytes (GB) or more;

b/ Printed books and newspapers with the quantity of 101 units or more;

c) Paper copies with the number of 501 photos or more;

d) Dissemination to 101 or more persons.

4. Offenders may also be fined from VND 5,000,000 to VND 30,000,000, banned from practicing or doing certain jobs from 1 year to 5 years.'

To avoid facing legal problems as well as the risk of losing their account permanently, Facebook users should not be curious to click on strange links lured with the content of the clip 'overseas women and Quang Ngai giants' or 'Quang Ngai clip'.
