Sao Nhap Ngu is a TV game show about the army with famous people participating. They go through challenges in a harsh training environment, following military discipline. Up to now, this program has been produced for 15 seasons.

In the latest episode of the show, the stars entered advanced training in the form of a flag capture competition. The competing team was divided into two teams. Team 1 consisted of coach MisThy, members Jun Vu, Phuong Anh Dao, Uyen An; Team 2 consisted of Thuy Tien, Liz Kim Cuong and Phao, coached by DJ Mie.

After discussing tactics, Team 1 sent Phuong Anh Dao and Team 2 chose Phao to start the match. Although they declared the competition with a cheerful spirit, as soon as they entered the match, Phuong Anh Dao immediately rushed into a fierce tug-of-war with Phao. With the advantage in height and weight, Phuong Anh Dao did not easily defeat Phao. Thuy Tien - Jun Vu and Uyen An - Liz Kim Cuong were the next couples to enter the competition. As soon as they entered the competition, Thuy Tien quickly used her strength to overwhelm Jun Vu to capture the flag. Meanwhile, Uyen An and Liz Kim Cuong did not fight each other like the other couples but ran straight to the flag position. However, Uyen An was one step faster and captured the flag first.

In the end, MisThy's team won and received a reward from the Captain. The prize for the winning team was 3 big fish to improve their dinner.
