"Before the incident of using the wrong term on livestream, I had already stopped selling products on livestream. As announced on the previous livestream, I will be taking a very long break," he said. Quang Linh Vlogs added that he will return to Africa, in the same role he previously held in Angola.

At the press conference, Quang Linh Vlogs and Hang Du Muc bowed their heads to apologize for the noisy advertisement of "1 vegetable candy replacing 1 plate of vegetables". Responding to reporters' questions about this statement, Quang Linh Vlogs affirmed that he never claimed that this product could replace green vegetables, but only considered it a nutritional supplement from vegetables.

"When we eat vegetables with KERA candy, it will supplement nutrition for the body, it cannot replace vegetables. I have never said that this product can replace vegetables on social networks," Quang Linh Vlogs said.

According to Quang Linh, before implementing the refund on a larger scale, the company is trying to listen and wait for the final results from the authorities. "If customers who have purchased Kera want a refund or return the product, the company is willing to do this," said the male Youtuber.

Regarding the source of raw materials for KERA candy production at ASIA LIFE Factory, Mr. Le Tuan Linh - legal representative of CER Group - said: "Input materials are strictly controlled and purchased from cultivation facilities in Lam Dong, Dak Lak, and Binh Thuan. Vegetables and fruits used in production have clear origins and are guaranteed to be safe. In the near future, the factory also plans to expand the raw material area to serve production."

When asked whether the product actually contains the amount of fiber as advertised, Quang Linh Vlogs said: "I apologize to all customers for using the wrong terminology and conveying unclear information. KERA mainly supplements nutrition from green vegetables, because the main ingredient of the product is from vegetables... I apologize to customers and the public for my statements in the past that have caused many misunderstandings on social networks."

Quang Linh, whose real name is Pham Quang Linh, was born in 1997 in Nghe An.
