Not stopping, Pham Thoai continued to express his views on Threads and Facebook: "People ask me if the people of Quang Ninh are picky about charity, only receive money and do not receive food, I ask for permission to give up help to other provinces. But charity, picky fish choose soup. Besides, I didn't say shrimp noodles or anything. I'm really sad because I spent the money, but I didn't ask anyone."
