After shocking statements in recent times, Tiktoker Pham Thoai continues to make many people angry about his statements about his charitable views.

Specifically, in a deleted post on his personal Facebook page, Pham Thoai wrote: "People ask me if the people of Quang Ninh are picky about charity and only receive money and not food, I would like to ask for permission to give up help to other provinces. This male Tiktoker also added: "Besides, I didn't say there were shrimp noodles or anything when I went for you. I was really sad because I spent the money, but I didn't ask for anyone. If the people of Quang Ninh capture the saying that Pham Thoai will give the people of Quang Ninh shrimp noodles, I will give back to the people of Quang Ninh 1 billion each. When I go, I give money, but I don't have shrimp noodles. Because 1 of my friends said that they would transfer money to me for charity, but the problem is that I don't accept money from strangers."

The above statement took place just a few hours after Pham Thoai posted the status line: "Currently, I want to support people in 2 cities of Hai Phong and Quang Ninh, everyone asks me for information in the locality, I will fly out to support people with."

Notably, a day before the above statements, Pham Thoai also posted a status line expressing his desire to "be ready to help" people in localities affected by storms and floods.

Explaining his decision, Pham Thoai quoted a comment under the comment, saying, "There is a guy who said that Quang Ninh people need money, not food. Who in Quang Ninh confirmed to help me, but I would like to refuse."

Immediately, Pham Thoai's statement received a backlash from the online community.
