Recently, the back and forth lawsuit between the two "weight loss bosses" has caused consumers to question the products they bought from them. The argument became tense when the authorities officially got involved.

First, on May 21, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety conducted an inspection at the weight loss product manufacturing location of Ngan 98. However, when they arrived, the location was closed, making it impossible for authorities to access and collect samples for analysis.

On May 25, the Food Safety Department continued to issue an urgent dispatch, requesting the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety and Hanoi Food Safety and Hygiene Department to conduct an urgent inspection of the production and trading of weight loss products of Ngan 98 to clarify the incident and have a timely handling plan if violations are detected.

Unable to "avoid" the inspection vortex, "fat-burning apple candy" of Ngan Collagen also fell into the "sights" of the authorities. On May 26, the Department expanded its inspection of the products that this businesswoman was selling.
