The victim's mother fell into a state of depression and decided to choose to commit suicide. In the diary left behind, she mentioned the unscrupulous aesthetic facility that made life become depressed.

"It happened directly with my mother. Nearly 2 years ago, my mother had a hairdressing job at a newly opened spa salon near my house, and was advised by the spa to make an extra package to remove fat from the lower eyelid. But because the shop just opened, the staff A member with poor knowledge and low skills should not be able to remove eye fat for the first time for her mother (namely, only about 30% of the fat can be removed, the remaining 70% can not be removed), that is, it is not clean.

After about 2 months, the incision in the eye healed, but after cutting it, it looked like it was not cut. Half a year, the spa contacted his mother for warranty (re-cut). Warranty but they still ask for more money so my mother did not agree. Then the spa continued to do it again for my mother. This time cutting again, it's not a bad cut, but it's too deep to delay the eyelids too much. When my mother came home for the first time, I didn't recognize her.

- The story starts here, the normal cases only after about 2-3 months of surgery, at most half a year, the eyes will return to normal and no pain. But the longer my mother waited, the more painful it became, and especially the eyelids were getting lower and lower, looking very scared.

About half a year after the second cut, because it was too painful, my mother went out to talk and asked the shop owner many times, but the shop owner just said that it would take a while to wait. And sell medicine to his mother to get more money. As for my mother, after about 8 months after the second cut, because the pain was too long and it took too long, she began to feel suspicious, asking questions over the phone and zalo, then it was officially blocked. So my mother went out to talk directly about my mother going to the hospital for treatment. The spa party agreed to compensate for all hospital expenses with a sentence "you just go to the hospital, come back here and then calculate".

After that, my mother took a break from work to go to the hospitals from the district to the provincial level, then the Central Government and everything for treatment, but only received 1 general answer because the surgical cut was too deep, severed 2 lacrimal gland of both eyes. So there are no more tears to feed the eyes, causing a burning sensation. In general, it is understandable that my mother cannot be cured anymore.

The total cost of going to the hospital that time fell in the range of 35-40 million but it could not be cured. So my mother was more and more hurt and depressed, she cried all the time. After that visit to the hospital, my mother and I went to meet in person to talk about the compensation of the spa. But surprisingly, at this time, the spa refused to turn away and denied that her mother's eye pain was not caused by the spa.

The two sides talked loudly and I still remember a sentence that people said "today you and your son are at home, you can't step out here". Then when I got home, I received a threatening message from the spa and forced me to apologize. My family and I still had hope and took my mother for treatment many times, but to no avail. My mother was in extreme pain, crying day and night.

- That day, my mother told me to go to work, but I didn't go. Mom hugged me again. But at 4:20 pm when I opened my eyes, my mother was no longer there. About 20 minutes later, I officially received the bad news that my mother had committed suicide in the river near my house. The river was so wide that it took 2 days to find her mother. During my mother's funeral, the spa did not visit once. Especially in a certain way, someone spread a rumor that the spa's manager compensated his mother twice, once for 20 million, the next time was 70 million. Total is 90 million. But I would like to clarify that my family has not received any money. Even if it's just an apology"
